Actually, at the beginning I had some doubts
when I was invited to a tasting of pizzas … frozen !!! But as soon as we started to taste them the doubts disappeared to give way to a great appreciation for the quality of the different pizzas starting from the raw materials, the consistency, the softness and last but not least, on the contrary … the perfect digestibility !!! Essential element for a good pizza
En realidad tuve un atisbo de duda cuando me invitaron a una degustación de pizzas… congeladas! Sin embargo, apenas empezamos a probarlas las dudas desaparecieron y dieron paso a un juicio 100% positivo por la enorme calidad de las diferentes pizzas a partir de las materias primas, la consistencia al punto justo y, por último, pero no menos importante, todo lo contrario…. la gran digestibilidad! Elemento esencial para una buena pizza.
